Role & responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.
- Manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, project plans, and status reports.
- Provide guidance on system integration of electronics with mechanical and software subsystems.
- Oversee electronics testing, validation, and verification activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering activities to meet project timelines, quality, cost, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to engineers and technicians; allocate tasks based on project priorities and individual competencies.
- Understand customer requirements, specifications, and technical inputs and translate them into transparent and actionable engineering deliverables.




- Track project activities, identify delays and dependencies, and ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance for electronics design, system integration, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Software, QA/RA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure smooth project execution and design integration.
- Plan, review, and oversee electronics testing, verification, validation, and compliance-related activities, including preparation and execution of test protocols.
- Lead troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root-cause investigations for electronics issues identified during development, testing, pilot production, or field use.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project plans, test protocols/reports, technical specifications, engineering reports,

and other project documentation.
