Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – MEP to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, coordination with contractors and consultants, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of MEP works.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute MEP works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and related services.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure proper manpower and material requirements at the project site.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.




- Check material quality and ensure materials are used as per approved specifications.
- Coordinate inspections and obtain necessary approvals from consultants/clients.
- Monitor project progress and report delays or technical issues to management.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, material requirements, measurement sheets, and billing documents.
- Ensure proper coordination between MEP services and civil/interior works.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in MEP project execution.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Positive site supervision and team-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under project deadlines and site conditions.

Preferred Experience Experience in Hotels, Commercial Buildings, Residential Projects, Hospitals, or Large MEP Projects will be an advantage.
