Electrical Project Engineer Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and monitor HT &
- LT electrical project activities

from start to completion.

- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, consultants, vendors, and engineering teams.

- Supervise HT &

- LT electrical installation, testing, and commissioning

activities.

- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety norms, approved drawings, and project specifications.

- Review and interpret SLDs, electrical layouts, cable schedules, and technical drawings.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedules.

- Manage site resources including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.

- Coordinate installation of HT panels, LT panels, transformers, RMU/VCB, PCC/MCC panels, cables, earthing, and related electrical systems.

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and site-related issues.

- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.

- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement and vendors.

- Ensure proper testing and commissioning of HT &

- LT electrical systems.





- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and provide project updates to management.

- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with applicable IS/IEC standards and electrical safety requirements.

Qualifications &

- Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (required).

- 4–7 years of experience in electrical project execution, preferably in HT &
- LT systems.

- Robust knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.

- Good understanding of electrical project planning, site management, and execution.

- Ability to read and interpret SLDs, electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.

- Knowledge of transformers, HT/LT panels, RMU/VCB, PCC/MCC, cables, earthing, and protection systems.

- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of electrical safety practices and applicable standards.

- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
