Role Description The Project Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Navsari, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

The Project

Engineer will coordinate engineering activities for plant and equipment projects, including project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress from concept through commissioning.

Responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, reviewing drawings and specifications, supporting design and fabrication teams,



and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to clarify requirements, resolve technical issues, and support in office installation and testing when needed.

The Project

Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices, cost optimization, and effective communication across project teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Project Planning skills to manage technical scope, timelines, and resource coordination.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to oversee execution, track milestones, manage risks, and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering knowledge relevant to process plants, equipment integration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in process industries such as distillery, ethanol, chemical, or related manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency with CAD tools, project planning software, and MS Office is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, visit fabrication shops and client sites, and support field activities when required.
