Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits for technical feasibility and monitor project execution.
- Ensure quality, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and structural engineers for drawings and execution requirements.
- Conduct joint site measurements with contractors and share details with the QS team.
- Maintain quality documentation and upload records into the system.
- Monitor project schedules and provide weekly progress updates.
- Coordinate with the operations team for updating project schedules in project management software.
- Conduct final inspections and support project completion and handover.
- Periodically inspect completed projects and assess repair/maintenance requirements.
- Prepare estimates for repair and maintenance works.
Key Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction projects.
- Solid experience in institutional/public building construction and contractor management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects across different locations.
- Good communication and contractor coordination skills.
- High integrity, ownership, and strong commitment to project delivery.
