About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery & Implementation Manager to manage end-to-end software projects and product implementations. The role involves Agile project management, client coordination, requirement gathering, implementation, UAT, go-live, and successful project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage software projects throughout the complete SDLC using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Plan and coordinate sprints, milestones, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead requirement gathering, product configuration, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live.
- Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Track project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Developers, QA, Business Analysts, Technical Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, implementation trackers, UAT/go-live documents, and handover documentation.
- Identify project blockers and ensure timely resolution and escalation.
- Use AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini for documentation, reporting, requirement analysis, and process improvement.




- Ensure successful client handover and post-implementation support transition.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Software/Product Implementation, or Business Analysis.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, project delivery, and software implementation.
- Experience managing projects from requirement gathering through UAT and Go-Live.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and software development processes.
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Preferred
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or Enterprise Software projects.
- Experience handling international/distributed clients.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, or PMI-ACP certification is an advantage.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
