Roiminds is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion
- Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and task tracking
- Communicate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, content, design) to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify risks or delays and proactively suggest solutions
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Support client communication and follow-ups when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
