POS Implementation Project Coordinator (Hospitality Tech) – Fresh Graduates Welcome!

Role Details

- Work Location: Hybrid
- Travel: Occasional travel to client sites (restaurants/hotels) for on-site deployment coordination , hardware setup, and launch support.
- Employment Type: Full-time

What You Will Do
- Configure & Setup: Cordinate to assist clients customise and configure our Cloud based Point of Sale (POS) software to match their menu, inventory, and floor plans.
- Hardware Deployment: Coordinate to ensure clients receive assistance with setting up POS hardware (iPads, tablets, receipt printers, and local routers) during in office visits or onlin.
- Training & Support: Plan and Conduct engaging training sessions (online and in-person) for restaurant managers, waiters, and cashiers.
- Problem Solving: Guide clients through their launch day ("Go-Live") and troubleshoot any initial software setup questions.

Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh Graduates: Open to all majors! Degrees in Hospitality/Hotel Management, Business Information Systems (MIS),



Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Business are a big plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent, with good professional English communication skills (to read software documentation and coordinate with global tech teams).
- Tech-Curious: You don't need to be a coder, but you must love technology, be comfortable troubleshooting apps, and understand basic networking (Wi-Fi, routers).
- Service-Minded: Excellent communication and project management skills, and excited to help hospitality staff learn new tools.
- Adaptable: Ready to travel occasionally to beautiful client locations when needed. What We Offer
