Job Overview

We are looking for an action-oriented, proactive, and articulate Tendering & Estimation Coordinator to join our commercial team. This role is focused on smooth internal coordination, client communication, and structured data tracking.

As a fresher, you will serve as the core link between internal teams and clients gathering required details, following up on inquiries, and organizing information into clear Excel formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Internal Team Coordination: Connect with internal departments (estimation, technical, procurement) to gather, sort, and organize required project data and estimation details.
- Client Communication & Follow-ups: Proactively reach out to clients regarding new and ongoing inquiries, gather necessary project inputs,



and handle routine email/phone correspondence.
- Data Organization & Formatting: Maintain accurate inquiry logs, client trackers, and status reports in proper MS Excel formats.
- Status Tracking: Follow up on pending submissions, internal updates, and client responses to ensure timely progress on all active inquiries.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills for qualified correspondence and client interactions.
- Proactive & Action-Oriented: Willingness to take initiative, make timely follow-ups, and keep tasks moving without constant supervision.
- Basic MS Excel Proficiency: Comfortable working with tables, maintaining clean data logs, and organizing information clearly.
