We are looking for a

Project Coordinator with a mechanical engineering background to support project planning, coordination, documentation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Work closely with engineering, production, quality, procurement, and project teams. Track project progress and follow up on pending activities. Prepare project reports, trackers, documentation, and status updates. Coordinate meetings, maintain MOMs, and track action items. Monitor project risks, delays, and dependencies and escalate them appropriately. Coordinate engineering documentation, BOMs, drawings, and revisions. Support communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.



Assist in project planning and ensure timely execution of activities.

Required Skills 2–3 years of experience in

Project Coordination , preferably in a mechanical/manufacturing environment. Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills. Positive understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes. Good knowledge of

MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Basic knowledge of

AutoCAD/Creo will be an added advantage. MBA qualification will be an added advantage.
