The Project Coordinator – Planning & Project Controls will coordinate and monitor Solar EPC projects across Engineering, Procurement and Construction, ensuring timely achievement of project schedules, milestones and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and monitor master/baseline schedules, WBS, milestones and look-ahead plans using Primavera P6/MS Project.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, SCM, Construction, Site teams and contractors for timely execution of project activities.

- Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations, critical-path activities, constraints and delays, and drive corrective actions.

- Track engineering deliverables, procurement/material status and construction progress against the project plan.

- Prepare S-curves, progress trackers, resource forecasts, MIS and management dashboards.

- Conduct periodic progress reviews and prepare planned vs. actual, variance and delay analysis.





- Maintain milestone/action trackers and follow up with stakeholders for timely closure.

- Support cost control, forecasting, risk mitigation and recovery planning.

- Provide timely escalation of key project risks, delays and dependencies to Project Management.

Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in Project Planning, Project Controls and Project Coordination, preferably in Solar EPC/Renewable Energy/Power projects.

- Valuable understanding of the complete EPC lifecycle – Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning.

- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6/MS Project, scheduling, progress monitoring and project reporting.

- Strong coordination, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience in large-scale Solar PV projects will be preferred.
