Position: Project Co-Ordinator(Solar IPP/EPC)

Department: Projects

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4-8 Years in solar industry

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or Diploma with relevant experience, coordinate with vendor and documentation for compliance.

Salary : As per company Norms

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
3. Prepare project plans, daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, and MIS reports.
4. Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team and monitor delivery schedules.
5. Follow up with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for project-related activities.
6. Maintain project documentation, including BOQ, drawings, approvals, work orders, and correspondence.
7. Assist in planning manpower, equipment, and resources for project execution.
8. Monitor project progress and highlight delays, risks, or issues to the Project Manager.
9. Coordinate site mobilization and ensure all required documents and materials are available.
10. Support billing, work completion reports, and project handover documentation.
11. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:





- Knowledge of Infrastructure, Solar and EPC projects.
- Robust coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good documentation, reporting, and MIS preparation skills.
- Familiarity with BOQ, project scheduling, procurement coordination, material tracking, and site execution.
- Basic understanding of project planning, resource coordination, and project lifecycle management.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in Solar EPC (Ground Mount/Rooftop), Infrastructure, Power, or other EPC projects will be preferred
- Exposure to project planning, execution, procurement coordination, client coordination, and project documentation will be an added advantage.
