Role Description The Project Architect will lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through completion in the Greater Bengaluru Area, working in office with cross-functional teams. This full-time role includes developing design concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, and ensuring adherence to building codes, standards, and client requirements.

The Project

Architect will review submittals, manage project documentation, and collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to maintain quality, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities also include guiding the integration of sustainability principles, overseeing BIM workflows, and supporting design reviews and approvals.



The role involves mentoring junior team members, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes within the firm.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and oversight of project budgets and timelines.
- Experience with Submittals, including reviewing, tracking, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows to develop and manage coordinated digital models.
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or comparable green building standards, with the ability to integrate sustainable design principles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility is preferred.
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and collaborate effectively with clients and consultants.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and solid technical detailing skills.
