About the RoleTiE Vizag is looking for an organised, proactive and execution-oriented Programs & Events Intern to help plan and deliver entrepreneurship programs and events.

The intern will receive ownership of assigned event workstreams and will work with entrepreneurs, speakers, mentors, investors, sponsors, volunteers, vendors and TiE members.

What You Will Do

- Plan and execute Membership Meets, Startup Saturdays, Ideathons and support major events such as TiECon Vizag, Drone Triathlon and TiE Vizag Elevate
- Prepare event briefs, Run-of-Show documents and task plans
- Coordinate speakers, mentors, entrepreneurs, sponsors, vendors and volunteers
- Manage registrations, attendee communication and event check-in
- Coordinate venue, technical, branding, catering and other event requirements
- Track event budgets and vendor deliverables
- Coordinate on-ground event execution
- Collect attendance and participant feedback
- Coordinate post-event photographs/videos with the Media team
- Prepare post-event reports and sponsor reports
- Maintain accurate event documentation and task trackers
