Role Overview

We are looking for an academically strong, creative and implementation-oriented Programme Manager – Academics to design, develop and manage experiential, service-oriented and activity-based learning programmes for school students.

The Programme Manager – Academics will be responsible for understanding different school curricula, academic frameworks, learning outcomes and age-specific educational requirements and translating them into meaningful experiential learning programmes.

The role will involve working with CBSE, ICSE, State Board, International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge and other international school curricula, identifying opportunities where classroom learning can be connected with real-world experiences, community engagement, service learning, sustainability projects, field-based learning, research and practical activities.

The position requires both academic programme development and on-ground implementation, involving close coordination with schools, teachers, NGOs, subject experts, community organisations and programme partners.

- Bachelor's (B.Ed) /Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed.)
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Education / Educational Studies
- BA/MA Education
- Bachelor's/Master's in Curriculum and Instruction




- Bachelor's/Master's in Educational Leadership / Educational Management
- Bachelor's/Master's in Development Studies
- Bachelor's (BSW) /Master's in Social Work (MSW)
- Bachelor's/Master's in Sociology
- Bachelor's/Master's in Psychology / Educational Psychology
- Bachelor's/Master's in Environmental Studies
- Bachelor's/Master's in Sustainability / Sustainable Development
- Bachelor's/Master's in Public Policy / Development Management

EXPERIENCE 2+ years of Relevant Experience

Educational Qualification can be relaxed if the candidate has sufficient work experience and expertise

Candidates preparing for UPSC, TNPSC, with positive academic knowledge are entertained to apply

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
