Role: Program Manager – Strategy or Chief of Staff

Location: Bangalore (2-3 days/office) or Remote with (1 visit every month 5-7days/each month)

Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, driven Program Manager – Strategy to work closely with the leadership team,

drive strategic initiatives, connect cross-functional teams, and translate business priorities into execution.

This is a high-ownership role requiring strong strategy, structured problem-solving, program management,

and executive communication skills.

Mandatory Skills

- 5–7 years of experience, including 2–3 years in Strategy Consulting, Strategy, or Business

Operations.
- Strong structured problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint / Google Slides skills with robust storylining and executive presentation

capabilities.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with data.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction and take ownership of outcomes.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through execution, timelines,

stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
- Act as a force multiplier for leadership by supporting prioritization, key meetings, decision tracking,

and execution follow-through.




- Bring structure to ambiguous problems by developing hypotheses, analyses, recommendations, and

action plans.
- Establish and manage the operating rhythm, including business reviews, goal tracking, leadership

meetings, and performance dashboards.
- Develop board- and leadership-ready presentations for executives, investors, and internal

stakeholders.
- Work across Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and HR to align priorities and

resolve blockers.
- Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities and translate them into actionable

recommendations.
- Lead special and high-priority projects, including market analysis and new initiative launches.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in CPG / FMCG, either in-house or through consulting engagements.
- Experience with brand portfolio strategy, Go-to-Market, Supply Chain, or channel/distribution

strategy.
- Strategy consulting experience from MBB, Big 4 strategy practices, or boutique consulting firms.
- Exposure to BI tools.
- MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1 (IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI/NMIS/IMT/IIT/NIT/IIIT) is preferred.
