Role Description This is a full-time, remote Program Manager role responsible for owning end-to-end delivery of learning programs at Skillofy_AI.

The Program

Manager will plan and manage program roadmaps, coordinate live sessions, workshops, and projects, and align stakeholders including mentors, instructors, and learners. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring program performance and learner progress, managing timelines and resources, resolving operational issues, and continuously improving the learner experience.



The role also involves collaborating with product, content, and operations teams to refine curricula, incorporate feedback, and ensure programs stay aligned with industry needs.

The Program

Manager will prepare reports, track key metrics, and support strategic initiatives that scale Skillofy_AI’s ecosystem of future-ready professionals.

Qualifications

- Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Operational and process improvement skills, such as workflow design, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, facilitation of meetings, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Learner- or customer-centric mindset, with strengths in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Familiarity with edtech, online learning platforms, or training program delivery; experience in tech or AI-related environments is an advantage.
- Comfort with remote work tools (project management software, collaboration platforms, video conferencing) and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Education, Management) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience managing programs or projects, ideally in education, professional training, consulting, or technology sectors.
