Role Description The Program Manager at Redacto will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of data security builds and technology programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leadership expectations. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves coordinating cross-functional teams, defining program scope and timelines, tracking milestones, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.

The Program Manager will work closely with product, engineering, security, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful implementation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of program outcomes. The role also includes preparing reports and dashboards for senior leadership, facilitating governance meetings, and driving adoption of best practices in project and program management.

Qualifications

- Solid program and project management skills, including planning, prioritization, scheduling, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience collaborating across product,



engineering, and leadership teams.
- Background in technology, information security, or data privacy, with familiarity with enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks).
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead cross-functional initiatives, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications) are an advantage.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and comfort with evolving priorities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
