About the team

Our GTM function drives new sales and upsell pipeline through digital channels. It's structured as a matrix: four engine teams (Digital, Product Marketing, Brand & Social, Product-Led Growth) build the playbooks, content, and channels; four go-to-market pods (SMB + Mid-Market India, Enterprise/LBU, Middle East & Global, Partners & PSPs) pull from those engine teams to execute against segment-specific pipeline goals. Roughly 30 people run this system today, coordinated through a shared GTM Desk.

About the role

We're hiring a GTM Program Manager to own the operating system that connects the four engine teams and four pods — turning plans into shipped work, on schedule, with clean handoffs and a paper trail leadership can trust. You'll work across every track (not embedded in just one), which means your day spans coordinating a Digital campaign launch for the Enterprise pod, tracking a Product Marketing deliverable for the ME pod, and running the weekly cadence that keeps all four pods and four engines in sync.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who has done this before. You'll be productive from week one, not ramping into it — there's no structured mentoring built into this seat.

What you'll do

- Partner with Product Marketing and Digital leads at the intake stage of recent initiatives — gather requirements, confirm feasibility, define timelines, and turn a brief into a structured, ownable plan
- Own the GTM operating cadence: weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews,



plus regular stand-ups with execution teams — agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and action tracking, end to end
- Manage resource allocation across the four pods and four engine teams; resolve routine scheduling and capacity conflicts within a same-day SLA, and flag genuine trade-offs with options, not just problems
- Own the roadmap tracker as the single source of truth across planning sheets and Jira; publish a weekly view of what's on track, at risk, or slipped, across every pod
- Run launch readiness and QA reviews — confirm every deliverable meets the Definition of Done before it ships, and collect sign-offs
- Lead resolution when something breaks: drive root-cause analysis, run blameless postmortems, and fix the process so it doesn't happen twice
- Continuously improve how the team works — tighten templates, kill redundant meetings, and use AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to speed up reporting and production workflows

What you'll bring

- 5–8 years managing complex, cross-functional programs in a B2B SaaS or technology company — not single-team project management
- PMP certification or equivalent formal program management training
- Proven, specific experience owning a recurring business cadence end to end — not just attending one
- Admin-level Jira fluency and advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills; working knowledge of Salesforce reporting
- Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes through people who don't report to you, in a matrix structure
- Sharp written communication — you can produce a status update a leader will read and a checklist a team will actually follow
- A track record of structured QA and issue-escalation ownership, including postmortem discipline

Nice to have

- Prior experience in a Product Marketing or GTM-specific program role
- Familiarity with SaaS growth concepts: lead routing, attribution, campaign lifecycle management
- Exposure to multi-geography GTM operations, especially India and the Middle East
