- Coordinate cross-functional (CFT) execution on top projects the Co-Founder is directly driving — track deliverables, follow up with function leads, flag delays
- Conduct research (market, competitor, product, partner) to support strategic decisions
- Prepare PPTs, briefs, and reports for internal reviews, investor/partner meetings, and leadership discussions
- Maintain trackers/dashboards for ongoing initiatives and summarize status for the Co-Founder
- Attend key meetings on behalf of or alongside the Co-Founder; capture action items and drive follow-through
- Act as a coordination point between the Co-Founder's office and BU heads/functional teams
