About Kahaaniwise

Kahaaniwise is an emerging platform exploring the use of storytelling, theatre, conversations and experiential learning to create meaningful learning experiences.

We are currently building the platform at an early stage and are looking for a Program & Community Coordinator who can help us build the initial community and coordinate programs.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating communities and building something from an early stage.

The Role The Program & Community Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that Kahaaniwise programs actually reach people and happen smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential participants
- Build and maintain a participant/community database
- Coordinate with participants through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels
- Organise small workshops, storytelling sessions and community gatherings
- Manage registrations, confirmations, reminders and basic logistics
- Coordinate venues and other program requirements
- Maintain attendance and participant records
- Collect participant feedback after programs
- Follow up with participants and encourage continued engagement
- Identify potential institutional/community partners
- Support the development and execution of new Kahaaniwise initiatives
- Take ownership of program coordination from planning to completion

Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome to apply. Prior experience in theatre, events, community engagement, education, NGOs or similar environments will be useful but is not mandatory.

What Makes This Role Different

This is not a conventional event-coordination job.

You will be joining at the building stage of Kahaaniwise and will have the chance to help shape its community, programs and operating model.

The founder will focus primarily on content, storytelling, facilitation and program design. Your role will be to help create the community and operational setting that allows those experiences to happen.

You build the room. We create what happens inside it.

Initial Engagement The role will begin on a part-time basis for an initial period of approximately three months, with the possibility of expanding the role based on mutual fit and the development of Kahaaniwise.
