Role Description The Program Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Program

Consultant will engage with working professionals to understand their career goals, challenges, and aspirations, and recommend suitable programs, courses, and learning paths. Daily activities include conducting consultations via calls and in-person meetings, assessing client needs, and providing structured guidance on education and skill-building options. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with prospective learners,



and supporting them through the decision-making and enrollment process.

The Program

Consultant will work closely with the internal team to refine offerings, contribute insights to improve counseling frameworks, and ensure a high-quality, ethical advisory experience for all clients.

Qualifications

- Strong counseling and advisory skills, including the ability to assess career goals, identify skill gaps, and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with working professionals through calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple consultations, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort with using digital tools and platforms (CRM systems, spreadsheets, communication tools) to manage client information and workflow.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address professional challenges and tailor guidance to individual needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, business, or human resources is an advantage.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, career guidance, admissions, EdTech, or related client-facing roles is preferred.
- Commitment to ethical, learner-centric advising and a genuine interest in career development and lifelong learning.
