About the Role

We are looking for a Program Advisor who is passionate about guiding learners and professionals in making informed decisions about their education and career growth.

This is primarily a consultative advisory role, where you will understand the learner's goals, provide personalized program recommendations, build meaningful relationships, and support the enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective learners to understand their career and education goals.
- Recommend suitable programs based on the learner's requirements and aspirations.
- Build rapport and trust through active listening and personalized guidance.
- Follow up with prospective learners and support them throughout the enrollment journey.
- Maintain accurate lead, conversation, and follow-up records in the CRM.




- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve the learner journey.
- Stay updated with education and career-development trends.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in counselling, consultation, sales, or a related role.
- EdTech experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative and learner-focused approach.
- Comfortable working with targets while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to use CRM tools and manage leads/pipelines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced workplace.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
