What you'll do:

- Own the bid cycle: Identify/qualify leads, craft tailored proposals, and run quick discovery calls.
- Maximise win rates: Track and improve response rate, shortlist %, and win % across platforms.
- Pipeline & cadence: Maintain a healthy daily/weekly bid volume with fast TAT on opportunities.
- Proposal quality: Write crisp, client-centric proposals (problem, solution, scope, timeline, pricing, FAQs).
- Handoffs that stick: Work with delivery to finalise scope/SOW and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Market feedback: Share trends, pricing signals, and client objections to refine our GTM.
- Compliance: Follow platform ToS and BuildBit’s pricing/brand guidelines.

Where you'll Bid:

- Upwork, Freelancer (primary). Bonus: Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Bark, Clutch leads, LinkedIn leads.

What great looks like(KPIs):

- Response rate: 25–40% on qualified bids




- Shortlist rate: 15–25%
- Win rate: 8–15% on shortlists
- Cadence: 8–15 tailored proposals/day (quality > quantity)

What we are looking for:

✅ Must-haves

- 2-3+ years as an Online/Agency Bidder with provable wins on Upwork/Freelancer.
- Solid written English; persuasive, concise, and structured.
- Comfortable running 10–15 min discovery calls, capturing requirements, and shaping scope/pricing.
- Familiar with AI/automation, SaaS/web development, or productized tech services.
- Organized: pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and basic reporting (Sheets/CRM).

✅ Nice-to-haves

- Experience drafting SOWs, estimates, and payment milestones.
- Tooling: Google Workspace.
- Time-zone overlap with US/EU clients.
