Shift Timing : 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 11 PM ( Nightshift also there ) rotational shift

Work Location : Chennai / Hyderabad

Primary : Salesforce , Production Support

Incident Management Troubleshoot and resolve production issues performance bottlenecks and system errors within SLA

Automation Code Debug Apex code Triggers Lightning Web Components LWC Flow automations and Process Builders

Integrations Monitor debug and maintain RESTSOAP APIs thirdparty middleware and system integrations

Responsibility

Release Management Support deployment cycles sandbox refreshes regression testing and postproduction validation

Data Admin Handle bulk data operations Data LoaderWorkbench data hygiene reportdashboard updates and security compliance

Collaboration Partner with crossfunctional business teams developers and Salesforce Support to resolve escalation items
