Profile – Production Supervisor

Experience – 5 to 10 yrs

Salary – 30k to 40k

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet demand.
- Train and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work setting.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of cable manufacturing processes, including low tension (LT) and high tension (HT) cables. Production Supervisor IS694 & IS1293. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production environment. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Ability to analyze production data and implement effective solutions. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
