Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the processing/packing area.

- Plan manpower, production schedules, raw-material requirements, and line allocation according to production targets.
- Monitor processing activities such as receiving, cutting, trimming, deboning, marination, cooking/processing, chilling/freezing, and packing, as applicable.
- Ensure production is carried out according to approved SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Monitor raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products to minimize wastage and production losses.
- Maintain proper temperature control and cold-chain practices throughout production and storage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, and GMP requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance/QC teams regarding product quality, inspection, sampling, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, tools, utensils, and processing areas.




- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Allocate duties to workers and monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and work performance.
- Train production workers on SOPs, hygiene, safety, equipment handling, and food-handling practices.
- Maintain production records, batch records, wastage reports, downtime records, temperature logs, and other required documentation.
- Monitor production yield, productivity, rejection, wastage, and downtime and take corrective action where required.
- Ensure proper segregation and handling of raw, processed, rejected, and finished products to prevent cross-contamination.
- Investigate production-related problems and coordinate with QA, maintenance, warehouse, and other departments to resolve them.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and food-safety regulations.
- Promote a secure working environment and ensure workers use required PPE.
- Prepare daily production reports and communicate production status and issues to the Production Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
