Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our ISNR rubber processing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, maintain product quality as per ISNR standards, and manage a team of MIGRANT labours to achieve production targets efficiently and safely.
- ITI Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering/ Rubber Technology or related field.
- Residence with in 20 K.M of Kanjirappally
- Preferably experienced Persons but Passionate fresher candidate can also apply.
- SHOULD KNOW DRIVING 2 WHEELER AND 4 WHEELER
- Ability to work in a shift workplace and handle production effectively.
- Languages known Malayalam, English & Hindi.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of production, raw material usage, and finished goods.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure optimum utilization of machinery and manpower.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards as per ISO specifications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
