We are looking for an experienced and responsible LED Light Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise workers, maintain product quality, and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the complete LED light production and assembly process.
- Manage and allocate work to production workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
- Monitor processes such as LED assembly, wiring, soldering, testing, and packing.
- Ensure proper use and handling of raw materials, components, and tools.
- Conduct basic quality checks and minimize production defects and rejection.
- Maintain daily production, attendance, material consumption, and output records.
- Identify production-related issues and coordinate with management for solutions.
- Train and guide workers regarding production processes,
quality, and safety procedures.
- Maintain discipline and cleanliness on the production floor.
- Coordinate with stores, purchase, quality, and management teams as required.
- Ensure minimum material wastage and efficient utilization of resources.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in LED light/electrical product manufacturing or production supervision.
- Practical knowledge of LED light assembly and production processes.
- Positive team-handling and supervisory skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production records.
- ITI qualification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
- Candidate must know how to ride a two-wheeler/bike.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and comfortable working according to production targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
