URGENT HIRING – PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Industry: EMS / Aerospace / PCBA

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹4–7 LPA

Position: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Monitor production targets, quality and timelines.
- Handle shop-floor manpower and production planning.
- Ensure proper assembly and production processes for PCBA/electronics manufacturing.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and other departments.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and process standards.

Candidate Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in EMS, Electronics Manufacturing, PCBA or Aerospace industry.
- Positive knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
- Solid team-handling and coordination skills.
- Candidates with relevant PCBA/SMT/THT experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
