JOB TITLE

Production & Service Engineer – Laboratory Instruments

We are looking for a technically skilled Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineer for the manufacturing, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, servicing, and demonstration of laboratory and scientific instruments.

The candidate should have robust practical knowledge and should be capable of independently handling instrument assembly, electrical/electronic wiring, testing, fault finding, and service-related work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Complete assembly and manufacturing of laboratory and scientific instruments
- Electrical and electronic wiring of instruments and equipment
- PCB installation, soldering, connector wiring, and component fitting
- Working with sensors, motors, heaters, relays, SMPS, controllers, and electronic circuits
- Testing and performance verification of finished instruments
- Troubleshooting electrical and electronic faults
- Repairing and servicing laboratory instruments
- Calibration and adjustment of instruments as required
- Installation and commissioning at customer sites
- Providing product demonstrations to customers
- Explaining instrument operation, features, and maintenance
- Handling technical queries from customers




- Maintaining proper testing, production, and service records
- Ensuring good workmanship, finishing, and quality before dispatch

QUALIFICATION: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Good practical knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits, multimeter usage, soldering, PCB connections, wiring, fault finding, testing, and troubleshooting.

Candidate should be comfortable reading circuit diagrams and identifying electrical/electronic components.

Experience in laboratory instruments, scientific equipment, industrial electronics, control systems, or electronic equipment manufacturing will be preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Experienced candidates are preferred.

Freshers should apply only if they have strong practical knowledge and hands-on technical skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

Candidate should be willing to visit customer sites when required for installation, servicing, and product demonstrations.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
