Position: Supervisor

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and supervise daily saree production and dispatch activities.
- Prepare and coordinate daily saree dispatch as per requirement.
- Handle daily saree market delivery and ensure timely delivery to customers/parties.
- Coordinate with production, checking, finishing, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain daily records of saree received, ready, dispatched, and pending.
- Check saree quantity and ensure correct party-wise dispatch.
- Follow up with workers and team members for daily production targets.
- Monitor worker attendance, work progress, and productivity.
- Coordinate with office/HR/accounts regarding daily operational requirements.
- Report daily progress and dispatch status to management.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of sarees during movement and delivery.




- Identify delays, shortages, or quality issues and report them to management.
- Support smooth day-to-day factory operations.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE
- Education: 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience: 1–3 Years in textile, saree, embroidery, production, dispatch, or related work.
- Local candidate preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of saree production and dispatch processes.
- Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
- Able to coordinate with workers and delivery/market activities.
- Long-term association with the company preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
