1. Plan and schedule daily and weekly shearing operations for sheets and plates based on production requirements, customer orders and delivery schedules.
2. Review engineering drawings, material specifications, thickness, dimensions, grades and cutting requirements before preparing the production plan.
3. Prepare shearing plan according to required component dimensions and quantities.
4. Plan sheet and plate cutting sequences to optimize material utilization and minimize scrap and material wastage.
5. Check availability of required raw materials like CRCA, HRPO and HR sheets & plates.
6. Coordinate with Production team to ensure smooth flow of material and production activities.
7. Prepare and monitor the daily production plan for shearing operations and ensure jobs are completed as per planned quantities and priorities.
8. Monitor actual production against the planned schedule and take corrective actions for delays, machine breakdowns, material shortages, and urgent requirements.
9. Plan and coordinate daily dispatch of sheets, plates, and sheared materials as per customer requirements, production schedules, and delivery commitments.
10. Track pending,



completed, and dispatched materials and maintain daily production and dispatch status.
11. Inspect and verify the quality of incoming sheets and plates before releasing them for production.
12. Identify and report damaged, defective, dimensionally incorrect, or non-conforming materials and coordinate for segregation, rejection, replacement, or corrective action.
13. Ensure proper material traceability from incoming material inspection through shearing, storage, and final dispatch.
14. Monitor material consumption, scrap, rejection, and wastage and implement actions to improve material utilization.
15. Update production and material status and prepare daily/weekly production and dispatch reports.
16. Ensure coordination between production planning, material availability, quality inspection, shearing, and dispatch to achieve production targets and on-time delivery.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
