Job Responsibilities

- Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on customer requirements and production schedules.

- Monitor production plan vs. actual production and follow up for timely completion.

- Check machine capacity, mould availability, manpower and material availability for production planning.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance and Tool Room for smooth production.

- Monitor RM, WIP and FG stock and ensure material availability as per production requirements.

- Follow up with Purchase/Stores for timely availability of required materials and components.

- Monitor customer schedules and dispatch plans to support on-time delivery.

- Prepare and maintain daily production, inventory and dispatch reports/MIS.

- Monitor production shortages, delays and line stoppages and coordinate for corrective action.

- Maintain minimum/maximum stock and safety stock as per requirements.

- Support machine and mould planning based on product requirements and available capacity.

- Maintain proper PPC records, production schedules and planning data in ERP/SAP.

- Support the team in improving production planning, inventory control and on-time delivery.
