Role & responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and business requirements.

- Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams for seamless operations.

- Monitor material availability and plan procurement requirements to avoid production interruptions.

- Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

- Generate production, inventory, and dispatch MIS reports through SAP.

- Maintain BOM, production orders, and planning data in SAP.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.





- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and on-time delivery performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience in SAP (PP/MM Module preferred).

- Robust knowledge of Production Planning & Control processes.

- Understanding of BOM, Routing, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).

- Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
