Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and control production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by implementing IQC (Incoming Quality Control) processes.
- Conduct OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) checks on finished products before dispatching them to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the cable industry.
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
- Robust understanding of PPC (Production Planning & Control), Production Management, Process Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement Techniques.
