Job Title: Production Manager

Experience: 7–10 years in SPM / Automation / Machine Manufacturing, including minimum 3 years in a managerial/team leadership role.

Location: Jigani Industrial Area, Bangalore, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end production of SPMs and automation projects
- Plan and monitor manufacturing, assembly, testing and machine dispatch
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Vendors, Quality, PLC/SCADA, Panel and Wiring teams
- Manage fabrication, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment and assembly
- Ensure adherence to engineering drawings, tolerances and technical specifications
- Conduct trials, FAT and validation activities
- Oversee installation and commissioning at customer sites
- Manage manpower, production schedules, productivity and manufacturing costs
- Drive quality, safety, production KPIs and process improvements
- Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors and technicians

Qualification & Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering




- Strong experience in SPM / Custom Built Machine Manufacturing
- Excellent knowledge of engineering drawings, tolerances and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Mechanical Fabrication, Machining, Pneumatics & Hydraulics
- Experience in Assembly, Testing, FAT & Commissioning
- Robust team leadership and project coordination skills
- Cost control and production planning experience
- ERP / Production Planning knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of ISO and quality documentation

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
