ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer schedules, forecasts and firm orders.

- Ensure production plans are aligned with machine capacity, mould availability, manpower, cycle time and material availability.

- Manage the complete flow of raw materials production WIP finished goods customer dispatch.

- Coordinate with Purchase and suppliers to ensure timely availability of critical materials.

- Optimize inventory while ensuring production and customer requirements are not affected.

- Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

- Review customer schedules, forecasts and delivery requirements on a regular basis.

- Conduct machine-capacity planning considering tonnage, cycle time, mould availability and product mix.

- Establish and monitor minimum/maximum stock, safety stock and reorder levels.

- Prepare MIS and management reports related to production, inventory and supply chain.

- Lead and develop the PPC, stores, logistics and SCM team.

- Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Purchase, Maintenance, Tool Room and Finance.
