Job Summary
Sonali Polymers is looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage day-to-day production operations and ensure production targets, product quality, process efficiency, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily powder production and achieve production targets.
- Supervise production processes, manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Ensure product quality and minimize wastage and downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain production reports and documentation.
- Ensure safety standards and efficient plant operations.
- Lead, train, and monitor the production team.
Preferred Experience Experience in Powder, Filler, Masterbatch, or Polymer Manufacturing will be preferred.
