Role Description The Production Operator – Pellets/Granulation (Pharmaceuticals/Nutraceuticals) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The role involves operating pelletization and granulation machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

The Production

Operator will perform routine equipment checks, support cleaning and changeover processes, and document production activities accurately. Daily responsibilities include assisting in in-process quality checks, following batch manufacturing records, coordinating with supervisors and quality teams, and supporting continuous improvement of production efficiency. The role also requires maintaining a clean work workplace and collaborating with team members to meet production targets and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and Production Lines, including experience with pelletization and granulation equipment in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control,



with the ability to follow GMP guidelines, conduct in-process checks, and maintain accurate production records.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors, quality assurance teams, and coworkers.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to follow detailed instructions, adopt new processes quickly, and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical production, especially in solid dosage forms, is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of safety protocols, GMP, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a technical diploma or degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and perform manual handling tasks as required by production operations.
