Planish Events is looking for an experienced Production Head to manage the complete physical production and on-site execution of weddings and events.

The candidate should have strong experience in stage production, décor, fabrication, floral work, lighting installation, event materials and labour management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise complete event production and setup.
- Manage stage, décor, fabrication, floral and lighting execution.
- Convert approved designs into practical production plans.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, fabricators and labour teams.
- Check measurements, finishing, quality and execution accuracy.
- Manage loading, unloading, setup and dismantling.
- Ensure materials and manpower reach the venue on time.
- Control wastage, damages and production costs.




- Handle production-related issues at the venue.
- Coordinate closely with Creative and Operations teams.
- Ensure final production is completed on time before event handover.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in event production / wedding décor / exhibition production.
- Solid knowledge of event materials, stage structures and fabrication.
- Good team and labour management skills.
- Ability to understand drawings, measurements and 3D designs.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Willing to travel and work flexible event timings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
