- Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities as a Shift Incharge.

- Handle production operations for OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing.

- Hands-on exposure to Tablet, Capsule, and Liquid manufacturing processes.

- Ensure production activities are carried out as per approved SOPs, BMRs, and GMP guidelines.

- Plan and allocate manpower and resources to achieve production targets within the required timelines.

- Review and maintain production-related documentation and records.

- Handle and review CCF (Change Control Form) and Deviation activities related to production.

- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other cross-functional departments for smooth production operations.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor equipment, process parameters, yield, productivity, and batch activities.





- Investigate production-related issues and support CAPA/root-cause analysis.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to 5S and EHS requirements.

- Ensure timely completion and closure of production documentation.

- Maintain and update production data in ERP systems.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in OSD manufacturing.

- Exposure to Tablet, Capsule, and Liquid manufacturing.

- Experience as a Production Shift Incharge.

- Valuable knowledge of GMP, SOP, BMR/BPR, CCF, Deviation, and CAPA.

- ERP Pharmacloud exposure is mandatory.

- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
