- Plan, execute, and monitor day-to-day production activities as per the approved production plan and schedule.

- Handle manufacturing activities for liquid pharmaceutical dosage forms, including syrups, oral solutions, suspensions, or other applicable liquid formulations.

- Ensure manufacturing operations are performed according to GMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR, and approved manufacturing procedures.

- Supervise and monitor dispensing, compounding, mixing, filtration, filling, and related manufacturing operations.

- Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and line clearance of manufacturing and filling equipment.

- Review and complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and other production documentation accurately and on time.

- Ensure compliance with approved process parameters and report any deviations or abnormalities to the appropriate departments.

- Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Maintenance to ensure smooth and timely production activities.

- Monitor production yield, productivity, material consumption, and process losses.

- Ensure proper handling and reconciliation of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished/intermediate products.

- Ensure adherence to safety,



hygiene, environmental, and GMP requirements within the production area.

- Participate in investigations related to deviations, incidents, process failures, and out-of-specification/out-of-trend events, as applicable.

- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and other improvement initiatives as assigned.

- Ensure equipment and production areas are maintained in a clean and compliant condition.

- Train and guide production operators and junior staff on SOPs, GMP practices, equipment operation, and safety requirements.

- Maintain production records, logbooks, checklists, and other required documentation.

- Support internal, customer, regulatory, and GMP audits by providing relevant production records and information.

- Identify opportunities for improving productivity, reducing process losses, and optimizing manufacturing operations.

- Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
