About the Role

We are looking for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in Production, particularly candidates having exposure to Solid Oral Dosage (SOD) manufacturing such as tablets and capsules.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
- Work on manufacturing processes related to tablets, capsules, and other solid oral dosage forms.
- Follow GMP, SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Operate and monitor production equipment as per SOPs.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and other production documentation.
- Ensure proper line clearance, equipment cleanliness, and area readiness.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Planning teams.
- Monitor production output, yield, material consumption, and process parameters.
- Report deviations, breakdowns, and process-related issues to seniors.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the production area.
