Our manufacturing facility works across Wood, Metal, Upholstery, Paint, Assembly and Packaging, producing customized products as per project-specific designs and specifications.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day production activities across different manufacturing departments.
- Understand production drawings, specifications, dimensions and BOMs.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Production and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare and maintain Production Plans, Job Cards and Daily Production Reports.
- Monitor production progress against planned quantities and timelines.
- Follow up on material availability and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for shortages.
- Inspect work-in-progress and finished products for quality, dimensions and specifications.
- Identify production delays, material issues and process problems and report them to seniors.
- Coordinate with supervisors and workers to ensure proper workflow and productivity.
- Maintain basic production records, checklists and documentation.
- Support 5S, safety,



quality and process improvement activities on the shop floor.
- Assist in controlling material wastage and improving production efficiency.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Candidate Profile
- 0–1 year experience in Production / Manufacturing / Furniture / Interior Fit-Out / Engineering industry.
- Freshers with relevant educational background are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of basic engineering/manufacturing concepts.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and dimensions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable working in a factory/shop-floor environment.
- Should be proactive, disciplined and willing to learn different manufacturing processes.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

What You Will Learn The selected candidate will get practical exposure to end-to-end bespoke manufacturing, including Woodworking, Metal Fabrication, Upholstery, Painting, Assembly, Packaging and Dispatch, along with coordination for turnkey interior projects.

Salary: As per experience, skills and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
