Responsibilities:

Responsible for

- Need to know of Machine building process at ground level.
- Knowledge of welding and Fabrication work.
- 100% Target Achievement in terms ofQuality Machinery Production Through QC checking in house & Outside production facility even at Vendor level.
- Responsible for QC at all the stages of machine building before dispatch to Client.




- For better understanding about Machine,Need to work with production team at ground level.
- Documentation skills to manage records.
- Use of Company ERPto take all data in to system.
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS to top management.
- Preparing Effective QC planning for team at worker level.
- Understanding of a drawing & Improvisation required if any
- New initiative for production process establishment
- Professional Client Management skills. (Installation, training, tests run, sample development, etc.)
- QC analysis as per production standard, Zero****rejection / Rework ratio for machineryin production with the cost (time / Money / labor).
- Solving Any Client Escalated query / complain in Define TAT (Turn around Time.)
- Team work , Team building Hiring ,identify & providing training and Retention of team
- Behavior, Self Development, Grooming, Planning and organizing work.
- Need to perform any additional task given by management time to time

Requisite Skills:

- Understanding of Technical Design Drawings, MS office skills. i.e. MS Excel.
- Robust understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning

Desired Skills:

- Good Verbal & Written communication.
- Proactive.

Education: Graduate. Preferred in BE mechanical.

Relevant Experience:

Minimum 2 years from Production & Fabrication in Industrial machine Production field.

Monthly Salary (CTC):

25000 to 30000

Total Experience:

2 to 3 Yrs.
