We are looking for a responsible and organized Production & Inventory Manager to manage day-to-day operations at our production unit.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and other inventory. Monitor daily stock movement and inventory levels. Ensure timely availability of materials required for production.

Track inward and outward stock. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile it with system records. Identify stock shortages, excess inventory, damaged stock and discrepancies. Coordinate with purchase and management teams for material requirements.

Maintain proper storage and organization of inventory. 2.

Production Management

Plan and coordinate daily production activities according to requirements. Ensure production is completed as per planned quantity and timelines. Coordinate availability of raw materials, packaging and manpower for production. Monitor production processes and identify operational issues. Maintain daily production records. Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of finished products. Coordinate with management regarding production requirements and constraints. 3.

Team Management

Supervise the production and warehouse team. Allocate daily work and responsibilities to team members. Monitor attendance, productivity and work discipline. Train new team members on processes and responsibilities. Ensure team members follow company procedures and safety practices. Resolve routine operational issues within the team.



Report important issues to management promptly.

- Reports & Documentation Maintain daily production reports. Maintain inventory and stock movement reports. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports. Track production quantity, material consumption and wastage. Maintain records of stock discrepancies and adjustments. Ensure all operational data is entered accurately and on time. Provide management with relevant operational information for decision-making.
- Quality & Process Compliance Ensure production and storage areas are maintained properly. Ensure standard operating procedures are followed. Monitor basic quality checks during production and packing. Report quality issues, wastage or process deviations to management. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper organization of the production area. 6.

Coordination

Coordinate with purchase, sales, warehouse, accounts and management teams. Communicate daily production and inventory requirements. Coordinate dispatch and availability of finished goods where required. Escalate operational issues that may affect production or order fulfilment.

Required Skills Good understanding of inventory and stock management . Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets . Ability to prepare and maintain operational reports. Good team-handling and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment. Good attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate records.
