JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Batch Processing Supervision – Oversee all dry injection batch manufacturing activities as per GMP guidelines.

- Documentation &
- Compliance

– Ensure timely and accurate BMR/BPR documentation and adherence to regulatory norms.

- Machine Operation Monitoring – Monitor performance, output, and cleaning of machines like vial filling, stoppering, sealing, etc.

- Manpower Handling – Allocate and supervise daily tasks to operators and workers for effective operations.

- Production Planning – Coordinate with the planning department to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.

- Line Clearance &

- Validation

– Ensure area and equipment line clearance, and support validation and qualification activities.

- Yield &

- Reconciliation

– Monitor yield and ensure proper material reconciliation post-batch completion.

- Deviation &

- CAPA Handling

– Report deviations,



support investigations, and implement CAPAs as required.

- Training &

- Development

– Conduct or coordinate training of shop floor personnel on SOPs and cGMP practices.

- Coordination – Liaise with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
