Position: Production Assistant Location: Chikkagubbi, Bengaluru Experience: 1–2 years Education: PUC Computer Skills OR Any Graduation Computer Skills Salary: ₹2.4 lpa 2k variable Openings: 11 Employment: Permanent What the candidate will actually doThe candidate will work on the factory production floor and help ensure that daily production and dispatch happen smoothly. Production planning Help prepare daily production schedules. Check what products need to be produced and in what quantity.

Manpower management Coordinate workers/labourers on the shop floor. Allocate work and monitor whether production activities are progressing properly. Production monitoring Monitor processes for Fish, Chicken, Mutton, R2E and R2C products .

Ensure production targets and timelines are met. Quality & hygiene Ensure workers follow SOPs,



hygiene practices and food-safety standards . Ensure processes comply with applicable FSSAI requirements .

Order & dispatch coordination Make sure customer orders, interstate shipments, retail-store orders and Exp Hub orders are completed and dispatched on time.

Equipment

Coordinate routine maintenance and repair of production equipment. Report equipment problems to the appropriate team. Documentation & MIS Maintain daily production records. Perform basic data entry and reporting using computers/Excel . Customer complaints Monitor customer feedback and complaints and coordinate internally for resolution.
