Product/Software Development environments. Valuable exposure to

Ability to perform: Work breakdown and effort estimation Design reviews and code reviews Adherence to coding standards and best practices Strong knowledge of: RDBMS concepts Design Patterns Software Design Principles Hands-on experience with: C/C++ debugging tools Core dump analysis Troubleshooting and root cause analysis Good understanding of: C/C++ compilation, linking, and build processes Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Agile development methodologies Exposure to: QA tools API development Library development Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Database Systems Client-Server Architecture Socket Programming Experience with scripting languages such as: Python Bash Shell Scripting
